Come join us @ STAR Activities with our Easter Programme on Wednesday April 9th. We have a wonderful Easter programme available to you, with many fun and exciting themed programmes for you to enjoy. The programme includes workshops and activities around Creativity, Sport, Nature and ofcourse Adventure. Our workshops and activities are suitable for boys and girls aged from 4 to 12 years of age, all planned activities are age appropriate. Wednesday April 9th: We start our morning with our amazing Musee des Mines interactive tour, hard hats on as we hop on board our exclusive train and take a ride into mines. Follow our interactive guided tour with our favourite miner Roland, who worked in the mines over 30 years ago, he will tell us stories of the working life of a miner in Luxembourg over 100 years ago. The work continues as we dig for iron ore, hammering the rock, let's see if you can find a little treasure to take home! After a well deserved hot lunch at the Musee des Mine restaurant, we head to our favourite Deierpark, Esch where we will get in touch with nature and enjoy everything this park has to offer including visiting the highland cows, deer, sheep and feeding time with the goats. We finish of our day with a yummy hot chocolate and marshmallows. If you are looking for adventure, this is a day not to be missed! Drop off is available at Fischer Bakery, Bouillon from 0815hrs-0830hrs, private bus transfer will depart to our location at 0840hrs. Collection in the afternoon is from Quai 5 Bus Stop, near Fischer Bakery between 1710-1715hrs, traffic dependant. If you are running late, you can collect your child up to 1730hrs. Please wear warm clothes for the tour inside of the mine tour as the temperature is 9c.
